Terms of Services
- You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
- You may be asked to furnish a form of payment and a Government issued identification proof during check-in.
- All other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable..
- Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties may apply.
- Upon cancellation of refundable bookings, the refund processing will depend on the bank processing time and can take between two to four weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting bank or credit card charges from the advance.
Cancellation Rules
- Guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days of arrival.
- Cancellation before 72 hours incur a 50% charge.
- If cancellation is done 72 hours of arrival, then full amount will be charged.
Hotel Rules
- Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out time is 10 am.
- An early check-in or a late check-out is a matter of the availability of room and is chargeable.
- The management shall not be held responsible for any theft of belongings or damage to the vehicles of the Guest.
- The swimming pool is operational from 9 AM to 6 PM. Lycra or nylon material swimming costumes are mandatory for pool use. Children should be strictly supervised by an adult.
- No outside food allowed in hotel premises.
- Visitors of Hotel guests are not allowed in the rooms but are welcome to meet in the restaurant and other public areas around the hotel.
- Children Below 3 years of age will be accommodated on a complimentary basis. No Extra Bed will be provided.
